Kairi's House

[Kairi Hill]

Kairi and Naomi walked though the city. It was very busy today. There were a lot of people running around trying to get things done. Kairi hated walking though the city during this time of day. It was always really crowded. And the streets were really busy as well. If you were not careful you'd get run over by a car.

Kairi wanted to get to her house as soon as possible before anything happened. "Naomi it can be dangerous around this time of day. You better ride on my shoulder so you won't be stepped on," Kairi suggested. Naomi jumped up onto Kairi's shoulders like she'd asked.

The small Pikachu looked kinda nerous from the big crowds of people passing by her. "Don't worry Naomi. We'll be at my house soon. It's just around the corner," Kairi assured her friend. "Pi," Naomi said looking worried. Just then Kairi bumped into someone and landed on her butt,"Hey!" She called.

"Watch where your going!" The guy said. He seemed to be in a very bad mood. Kairi figured she'd better not mess with him. So she backed off. And the guy walked on. Now Kairi really couldn't wait to get to her house.

As soon as she got there Kairi and Naomi went inside. Her mother's Glameow was sleeping in it's kitty bed,"Mom I'm back!" Kairi called into the kitchen. She went in there where her mother was eating dinner. She turned around to face her,"Oh! What a cute Pokemon! Did you get it from the lab?" Her mother asked her.

"Yea! Uh, me and Naomi decided to spend the night here and start off in the morning," Kairi informed her mother. "That's a good idea," her mother told her as she noticed how late it was getting. Kairi and Naomi sit down and had dinner. They then went up to Kairi's bedroom. Kairi showed Naomi her bedroom, which was very big. "Cha!" Naomi said with sparkles in her eyes as she looked around the room.

Later that night Kairi was laiding on her bed watching cartoons with Naomi curled up on her stomach. She was already fast asleep. Kairi smiled at the little mouse type as she rubbed her fur. She then turned off the TV and went to sleep. The lights had already been out. During the night Kairi dreamed about her upcoming adventure she'd start the next morning with Naomi, her Pikachu right by her side.

The next morning Kairi and Naomi got up and went downstairs and had breakfast. The two couldn't wait to get moving onwards to there long journey. "Are you as excited as me Naomi?" Kairi asked the Pikachu. "Pika chu," Naomi said, agreeing. Kairi and Naomi finished there breakfast and Kairi grabbed her bag. Naomi got on her shoulder and they left heading for Route 1.

Once again Kairi had trouble getting though the crowd of people. It was going to be another very busy day, today. "Exscue me!" Kairi said bumping her way though the crowds of people trying to get out to Route 1.

Kairi then bumped into that same guy again,"You want me to hurt you!" He screamed advancing onto Kairi. She tried to say she was sorry but he didn't give her a chance.

Naomi just Thundershocked him to the ground knocking him out cold,"Thanks Naomi," Kairi grinned. They figured they better get out of there before he woke up which they did. Kairi pretty soon saw Route 1 ahead of her and ran towards it.
